TAXES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

All USA orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or Fedex. All international orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex or DHL. Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery. International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout. Duties and customs maybe charged at local destination and customer is responsible for clearing. All Louisiana residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of Louisiana and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped. EXPEDITED SHIPPING METHODS DO NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME.

You will receive an email from info@poisonivyclothing.com when your order has been confirmed. Item(s) will require 1-3 business days from the time your order is placed for processing and verification before item(s) are shipped. You will receive a tracking number once your item(s) are packaged and a shipping label is created. 

Please allow up to 3-7 days for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please notify info@poisonivyclothing.com
